This week has been another fairly uneventful week really. Just more of the same, pretty much. More trying (and basically failing) to muster up some motivation for delivering home learning. More staying at home, mostly. So visiting Painshill Park for Father’s Day today was quite a nice welcome break from the norm and we had a really lovely day 🙂
Last week we had a lovely family day out at The Atrium Camberley. The Atrium is a shopping and restaurant complex in Surrey whose mission is to help you ‘Shop, Eat and Unwind.’ There’s so much there for families to do, especially during half term. In this post, I’m going to share what we got up to to give you some ideas of what’s on offer.
Helloooo! So I don’t usually tend to go in for these sort of seasonal checklist-type things. However, now that the twiglets are at school, I feel like our time together is really precious and I want to make the most of it. That’s not to say I will be putting loads of pressure on us all to get out and do stuff every single possible minute we can. The twigs are super tired from school and need lots of downtime. But I just have a few ideas of some things I’d like to do over autumn if we can, so I thought I’d share them. Here are 10 things to do with kids in autumn!
Hiii there! Today I’m going to be sharing with you our review of the fabulous Marwell Zoo 😊 We were kindly given tickets to visit the zoo and review the Lego Brickosaurs experience.
Hello! Today I’m reviewing Peppa Pig World in Paulton’s Park, where we enjoyed a lovely day out. I’m going to talk about our experience and include a few tips. Hopefully this Peppa Pig World Review will be useful if you’re planning a visit there yourself.
Hi there! I’ve had a few people asking on Instagram about our holiday to Majorca, in particular about the TUI hotel we stayed in. So I thought I’d write a review of the Coma Gran hotel in Sa Coma, Majorca. Hopefully it will offer some useful information about our experience of the hotel, and also of travelling with young children.
Hello! We all know holidays with toddlers are nothing like holidays used to be, more just a change of scenery! So I just thought I’d share a little list of a few light-hearted things I’ve learned about holidays with toddlers. Enjoy! 😊
Hello! A while ago, we were lucky enough to be invited along to have lunch at The Chilli Pickle, a street-food inspired Indian restaurant in Guildford. Here is my review, in case you’d like to visit too! 🙂
Hello! A while ago, we had a fab little break away at Drayton Manor Park. We visited Thomas Land, an attraction for younger visitors and Thomas the Tank Engine fans within the main theme park. I thought I’d write a little review, to share our experience and tips for visiting the theme park and accommodation with toddlers. So I hope this Thomas Land review is useful 🙂
Last weekend, we were lucky enough to be invited along to Market Hall Fulham, to check out their newly-opened venue and try some of the amazing food and drink on offer. I thought I’d write a bit about our experience so anyone thinking of visiting with children knows what to expect. So here’s my Market Hall Fulham review 🙂
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that we went to Camp Bestival in Dorset. You’ll know because I’ve been banging on endlessly about it and spamming non-stop with photos 🙊 Now, I’m quite aware that the photos I’ve posted make it look like we had THE most amazing experience… However, this is an example of one of those times when the reality is quite different to the carefully selected Instagram snapshots 🙈 It was all quite a bit trickier than it looked, mainly because we are complete novices! At camping full stop – never mind with toddlers in tow! I thought I’d share what we learned in case it’s useful for anyone. So here are my tips for taking toddlers to festivals!
