Now that we are well and truly moving out of lockdown, a lot of us are enjoying some days out now. Of course, things are a little different though! So I thought I’d write about our experience of visiting Cliveden National Trust in Maidenhead, with social distancing measures in place. Just in case anyone was thinking of going and wondering how all the measures might affect their day 🙂
So… this week was the twiglets’ last week of Reception! I can’t belieeeve they have already finished their first year of school – just crazy! And what an unexpected, mad year it was…
This week has been a pretty good one really. The twigs enjoyed their second week of school – just one more to go before the summer holidays eek! We haven’t done all that much really, but we did have some fun making giant bubbles in the garden!
When I think back to the rosy first few days and weeks of lockdown, I remember the great intentions I had. I was going to smash home learning with the twiglets, I was going to get fit and healthy, I was going to relish all the lovely family time together… Fast forward to now and it’s fair to say things *may* have slipped just a little. So I thought I’d take a little tongue-in-cheek look at all the ways in which my parenting standards have lowered over lockdown. Enjoy!
Hiii! I had seen Chalkola chalk markers on various accounts I follow over on Instagram, and thought they looked amazing. Such vibrant, beautiful colours! So I was over the moon when Chalkola contacted me to see if we would like to try out some of their products. I hope you enjoy my review of Chalkola chalk markers – here is what we thought 🙂
