The twiglets have completed their first full term of primary school now and are already nearly halfway through their second. It’s been a big change and a learning curve for all of us. I’ve been reflecting on their first term of school and thought I’d just share some of the things I’ve learned so far.
Hellooo! I just thought I’d share with you something that I really enjoy. It’s probably my favourite hobby and enriches my life in so many ways. And that is singing in a choir. I’m going to share some of the reasons why I love it, just in case anyone was thinking of joining a choir themselves and needed a little extra push 🙂
I’m a primary-school teacher and also a parent. It always amuses me to think about all the similarities between the two, and the differences as well. So I thought I’d just, completely pointlessly, summarise them for you in a little comparison between teaching and parenting 🙂
Well, hello there! It’s been a while! My blog has been somewhat neglected of late, mainly because I’ve been enjoying time with family over the Christmas break. As well as eating my body weight in cheese of course! Anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR and all that. 2020 hey, and a brand new decade.
