This is going to be a pretty quick post from me as I have very little brain space for anything right now! I didn’t want to miss this week’s Living Arrows post though as I’ve managed to keep up so far!! (Stubborn haha!) Anyway the twigs ended their half term of school with Crazy Hair Day which was fun! Then the holidays started really well with a fun sleepover, but turned sour pretty quickly as H managed to break his leg!

So last Friday was Crazy Hair Day at the twigs’ school. Being the rainbow-loving maniacs we are, we went all out with rainbow hair chalk. They looked so awesome!

Then we started the first weekend of half term with the most amazing treat. Stacie from Tipi Angels came and set up some beautiful teepees for the twigs to have a living room sleepover. And of course it was rainbow themed!

Sadly the next day H decided to jump from the arm of the sofa. We think he may have landed on a balloon as he twisted awkwardly. He’s broken his tibia and is in a full leg cast now 🙁 Bless him, he’s been in lots of pain but hoping it will improve soon!

So that’s half term up the creek! Luckily we hadn’t made many plans. We were going to be visiting Chobham Adventure Farm so that’s a bit of a shame. But hey ho, accidents happen I guess, especially where kids are concerned!

Hope you’ve had a good week! Til next time,

Hannah xx

  1. His poor broken leg! Saddest news at the start of half term. Those tents look awesome though, such a treat! x

  2. I love the crazy hair! I am obviously lacking in imagination as ours just get spiked! Will have to remember this. Hope H is doing okay poor thing and such bad timing too x
