A little while ago, the twiglets had the most amazing, special treat for the start of half term. It turned out to be a fairly disastrous half term, as H broke his leg badly the very next day! In fact, this ended up being the only fun thing we did all week so I was so pleased we had the opportunity! The twigs were treated to a wonderful rainbow-themed teepee sleepover organised by Tipi Angels. So I thought I’d share our experience for anyone else who might be looking into teepee sleepovers in Surrey 🙂

Who are Tipi Angels?
Tipi Angels is run by the very lovely Stacie, who set up the business during lockdown last year. She creates bespoke styled teepees, picnics & wedding corners and can travel to venues in West London, Middlesex and Surrey.
Stacie got in touch with me on Instagram and asked if we would like to try her new rainbow-themed sleepover party. Obviously I jumped at the chance – who wouldn’t!? Especially with the mention of the word rainbow haha!
Set-up of our teepee sleepover
Stacie arranged a convenient time with me to come and set up the teepees. She came promptly on Saturday afternoon with her car literally bursting with balloons and goodies!!
A little tip: Make sure you clear a large enough space for the teepees in advance!
We decided to hold our sleepover in our living room so the twigs could have a movie evening. We moved our coffee table out of the way to ensure we had a big space on the floor.
The twiglets were craaaazy excited and pretty much got under Stacie’s feet the second she walked through the door. She was so patient and lovely with them, and was super friendly and professional too.
Setting up the teepees took probably about an hour and a half in total. And this also included Stacie creating a beautiful little picnic area in the garden for the twiglets to enjoy afternoon tea too!
What was included?
Oh my goodness, sooo much was included! Obviously, the teepees themselves, which are fully safety tested for use by children. And Stacie decorated them so beautifully, with such attention to detail. I loved all the different rainbow accessories, from mini hanging plaques to cushions to tassel garlands. And of course the multitude of colourful balloons! They looked so amazing.

So many little extras
There were so many thoughtful little extras! Stacie had brought a rainbow twirly ribbon for each of the twigs as a little gift. They were perfect for keeping them entertained in the garden for a bit, while she set up the tents! She also brought giant rainbow-shaped balloons and kits for making rainbow dream catchers out of yarn.
Stacie had also had personalised pyjama bags made specially for the twigs, which I just thought was so so lovely.
And for the picnic, the twigs had personalised place names which was such a nice touch and made it all feel even more special.
Afternoon tea

The rainbow picnic set-up was so sweet! And again, full of lovely little touches to make it special.
The afternoon tea itself was lovely. It was made by Bubbles And Graze, a Surrey-based grazing box company who often team up with Tipi Angels to work together. The twiglets absolutely loved all the rainbow-themed goodies – from colourful bagels to rainbow fruit kebabs. Such a treat!

And while the twigs were preoccupied with their lovely picnic, Mummy and Daddy were able to sneak in a cheeky glass of Buck’s Fizz 😉

The sleepover
In the evening, the twigs got changed into their PJs. Then we watched the Masked Dancer followed by a film or two while they relaxed in their teepees. They were so snuggly and chilled 🙂 I loved the fairy lights on the teepees – they made them look so cosy!

Eventually, (pretty late!) the twigs dropped off to sleep! They were super comfy and had a great night’s sleep in their tents 🙂

Breakfast
For breakfast the twigs had another amazing box from Bubbles and Graze to enjoy. So many lovely things for them to share. They only actually had less than half of it for breakfast and we saved lots for later 🙂 The little tables provided with the teepees were perfect for them to sit and eat breakfast from.

Our conclusion
We had the most amazing time at our rainbow teepee sleepover with Tipi Angels! The twigs thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it was the most perfect half-term treat for them. I would highly recommend Tipi Angels – Stacie is amazing 🙂

We’ve used a local company for a tepee sleepover. They really are a great idea and the kids love it. So much so my seven year old cried when it had to be packed away! Love the rainbow theme. Thanks for linking up to #fortheloveofblog
Wow it looks like so much fun and so great to have someone come and set it all up. I love that the food can come with it too. #KCACOLS

OMG I LOVE this – this is right up my street and what fun too! Do they do them for grown ups too?! Thanks so much for linking up with #fortheloveofblog – hope to see you again next week!
That tepee sleeover looks like so much fun and I love the look of the evening and breakfast picnic that went with it. Lots of lovely little details to make it extra special too. So sorry to hear about H breaking his leg though. Hope he is on the mend now and that it heals as quickly as possible. #mischiefandmemories
